Summary
School-Based Behavior Consultation is seeking a Licensed Teacher to join their team in Gas City, IN. The role involves providing instructional and support duties to assist students with special needs in various educational settings.
About the Role
As a Licensed Teacher, you will perform a variety of instructional and support duties, including assisting with instruction, supervision, and education of students with special needs. You will work collaboratively with teachers and specialists, supervise the School Readiness Instructor, assist students with daily tasks, participate in IEP planning, provide instructional support, document student progress, and perform clerical duties.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Teaching license
- A minimum of 1 year experience teaching in preschool or similar setting
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Early Childhood education or equivalent coursework in early childhood education with early education teaching experience
- Registered behavior technician certification
- Experience working with individuals with neurodiversities, such as autism spectrum disorder

SBBC provides Center, Home, & School-Based ABA therapy, for Early Learners ages 2-6 and for school-aged learners 6-18+, and Comprehensive Behavior Support through Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation for young adults and beyond.
