Bond Vet is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join their team in Arlington, VA. The role involves providing routine and urgent care, participating in surgeries, and educating pet parents.
About the Role
As a Licensed Veterinary Technician, you will focus on patient care with support from veterinary assistants and a remote nurse team. Your responsibilities will include patient handling, client education, surgical and dental nursing, record keeping, diagnostic management, medication administration, and emergency triage. You will work alongside veterinarians and nurses, attend educational events, and utilize innovative technologies to enhance veterinary care.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years experience as a veterinary technician.
- A veterinary technician certification or licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT).
Preferred:
- Newly licensed technicians are encouraged to apply.
