About the Role
As a Licensed Veterinary Technician at TACC, you will be a vital member of the practice management team, responsible for leading and supervising clinical duties, facilitating communication between team members, and performing traditional veterinary technician tasks. You will also engage in advanced history taking, imaging, physical examinations, and patient assessments, while providing compassionate care to patients.
About You
Required:
- Licensed in NY State
- 2+ years’ experience as a Licensed Veterinary Technician
- Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited college or university
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong people and organizational skills
- Ability to resolve conflict
Preferred:
- Affinity for animals
- Experience in specialty veterinary practice
