- Graduation from an AVMA Accredited Veterinary Technology Program
- Current LVT credentialing
- Prior supervisory & leadership experience
- Knowledge of medical equipment management and maintenance
- Strong medical skills
- Customer service experience
- Human resources knowledge
- Experience with scheduling staff
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and high-stress situations
