About the Role
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN, you will be responsible for supervising the detoxification of clients, managing medication and medical concerns, and ensuring the implementation of infection control policies. You will also supervise client activities, maintain the program schedule, and ensure accurate medication room processes. Continuous assessment of patient status and documentation of significant changes will be part of your daily responsibilities.
About You
Required:
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license as required by the state of Texas.
Preferred:
- Willingness to train new graduates.
- Psychiatric experience.

This center focuses on the abuse of substances including alcohol, heroin, cocaine, marijuana, meth, opioids, prescription drugs, stimulants, and synthetic marijuana.
