DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join their outpatient dialysis center in Conroe, TX. The role involves providing compassionate care to patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
About the Role
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, deliver care in a supportive team environment, and manage unique treatment plans for patients with multiple co-morbidities. You will work in a fast-paced setting and may float to various clinics during and after training.
About You
Required:
- Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- IV certification required if mandated by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines.
Preferred:
- BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
- Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.
