Omega Home Health Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide care for homebound patients in Western Riverside County, including Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, and Murrietta.
About the Role
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care to clients as directed by the registered nurse and physician's plan of care. Your responsibilities will include promoting client health, assisting clients in self-care techniques, preparing clinical progress notes, and communicating with health professionals about client needs. You will have the flexibility to schedule your visits and are expected to work at least two days each week, including one weekend a month and two holidays per year.
About You
Required:
- LVN License (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- Active BLS/ACLS/PALS certification
- Reliable Transportation
- Proof of auto insurance
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Proficiency with electronic health records and web-based applications
Preferred:
- Home Health Experience
- Physical and mental strength to handle job demands
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
