About the Role
As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Cheer Health, you will coordinate with physicians and other care providers, educate clients on their diagnosis and treatment, and provide skilled nursing services including wound care and medication management. You will be responsible for documenting care and ensuring a high standard of service to improve the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities.
About You
Required:
- Current, unrestricted California LVN license
- Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Proof of Negative TB result
- Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
- Current BLS certification
- Valid California driver's license and car insurance
- Cell phone with internet access
Preferred:
- Home Health experience
