About the Role

You will document patient care activities, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited LVN school.
- Current LVN license issued by the State of California Board of Vocational Nursing.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical documents and instructions.
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and EHR systems.
Preferred:
- Minimum one year of recent experience in ambulatory care.
- Current CPR (BLS-C) certification.
- Possession of a valid California Driver's License (Class C).
