About the Role
As a Licenses Client Service Rep I, you will be responsible for answering questions and resolving issues from members and clients via phone calls, emails, and internet inquiries. You will act as a knowledge resource to peers, document interactions, educate customers on self-service options, and ensure all communications are professional and courteous. The position requires effective oral communication skills and the ability to handle a variety of service problems.
About You
Required:
- Must hold Health and Life Type of Insurance License in your state of residence or be willing to obtain one prior to employment.
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
Preferred:
- Excellent verbal communication, written skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work any shift between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
