About the Role
As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing meaningful activities that support residents' physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being. You will build relationships with residents to understand their interests and preferences, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident engagement, and assist with special events and community outings.
About You
Required:
- Prior experience working in Activities with seniors required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred:
- Experience in senior living, assisted living, or related environment strongly preferred.
- Education in Recreation Therapy, Activities, Gerontology, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Compassionate, energetic, and resident-focused mindset.
