About the Role
About You
- Must be a certified therapeutic recreational therapist (CTRS), Activity Director Certified (ADC), or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certified through the state.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a social or recreation program within the last five years, with at least one year in a healthcare setting as a director.
- Bachelor's degree in therapeutic recreation or a related field.
- Experience as a CTRS and in long-term care (LTC).
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
