The Gathering Spot is seeking a Lifecycle Communications Coordinator to join their Marketing Department in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on managing member communications throughout the full member journey from onboarding to retention and re-engagement.
About the Role
As a Lifecycle Communications Coordinator, you will develop and execute targeted lifecycle communications to members, draft and distribute communications regarding member events and updates, manage member email lists, collaborate with various teams for consistent communication, and utilize data insights to refine engagement strategies. You will also create local promotions and support automation for member touchpoints.
About You
Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing timely, error-free work.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar).
- Familiarity with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and engagement analytics.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Design skills using tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
- Hands-on experience with web content management tools, such as WordPress.
- Passion for continuous improvement and a data-informed approach to communication.
- Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.
- Flexibility, including availability for occasional weekend and evening work.
