About the Role
As a Lifecycle Operations Technical Manager, you will be responsible for enhancing pipeline reliability and performance, building automated monitoring systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with campaign execution needs. You will also translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and adapt to shifting priorities to support campaign execution.
About You
Required:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in email marketing, campaign management, or lifecycle/marketing operations.
- In-depth knowledge of email service providers and/or marketing automation platforms.
Preferred:
- Direct Iterable experience.
- Experience with customer data platforms or marketing data integrations.
