About the Role
As a Lifecycle Services Sales Specialist, you will act as a trusted advisor, working alongside account managers or directly with customers to position Rockwell Automation's service offerings. Your responsibilities include leading customer engagements, coordinating internal resources, applying project management principles, and developing win strategies for assigned accounts. You will build strong relationships across various industries including Automotive, Consumer Goods, and Food & Beverage.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within the Northeast United States.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience selling engineering solutions, technology system integration, or contract services.
- Comprehensive understanding of process controls and automation solutions.
- Proven ability to propose, negotiate, and close complex sales opportunities.
- Industry experience in Power and Coordinated Automation.
- Demonstrated success in territory revenue growth and customer relationship management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
