About the Role
As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety rules, and responding to emergencies. You will also need to complete a lifeguarding course, which is offered at a minimal fee upon hiring. Your duties will include performing rescues, administering first aid, and maintaining a safe swimming environment.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to complete the course).
- Strong swimming skills, including the ability to swim 50 yards and tread water using only legs.
Preferred:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and responsibility.
