About the Role
As a Lifeguard I, you will be responsible for preventing emergencies by continuously scanning the pool, recognizing and addressing potential incidents, performing rescues, providing CPR and First Aid, completing incident reports, and maintaining a clean and safe pool environment. You will also participate in safety drills and attend required trainings.
About You
Required:
- At least 16 years of age.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and YMCA Lifeguarding.
Preferred:
- Experience in a lifeguarding role or similar position.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
