About the Role
As a Lifesharing Provider, you will support individuals in developing life skills, integrating into the community, and experiencing inclusion as family members. Your responsibilities will include providing daily support for personal care, assisting with transportation, promoting personal growth, and maintaining accurate records.
About You
Required:
- A stable, safe home environment with appropriate living space.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to complete background checks, health screenings, and home assessments.
- Commitment to caregiving and providing consistent support.
- Willingness to follow training and program protocols.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
- CPR / First Aid certification.
- Ability to speak multiple languages (e.g., bilingual Spanish).
- Understanding of person-centered planning and behavior support techniques.
