About You
- One year’s prior experience working with a senior population, especially those with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
- At least 6 months of recreation activity experience or event leadership experience in assisted living or a similar setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Outgoing, warm personality with a genuine caring attitude.
- Creative talents in areas such as art, music, readings, or dance.
- Good listening and communication skills, with a positive spirit and professional attitude.
