You will create, plan, promote, and execute a comprehensive community event and programming calendar, work with the Communications Associate to develop content, manage an annual budget, establish partnerships with local organizations, oversee amenity center operations, and support community clubs and committees. Public speaking and engagement are essential.

About You

Required:

Ability to work onsite at the community with flexible, full-time hours M-F, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively with a resident board, committee members, and volunteers.
3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or related fields.
2 years of professional experience in creating and managing communications.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen, driving record, and background check.

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development from an accredited college or university.
