About the Role
As a Lifestyle Director, you will be responsible for executing the company's purpose of building community by bringing people together. Your tasks will include creating and promoting a comprehensive community event calendar, developing content for community communications, managing budgets, establishing partnerships with local organizations, overseeing the amenity center, and supporting community clubs and committees. You will also need to engage with residents and the Board of Directors, and be comfortable with public speaking.
About You
Required:
- 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or related fields.
- 2 years of experience in creating and managing communications.
- Ability to work full-time onsite, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development from an accredited institution.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively with a resident board and volunteers.
