About the Role
As a Lifestyle Director, you will be responsible for executing the company's purpose statement by creating and facilitating connections through events, programming, and communications. Your tasks will include planning and promoting a comprehensive community event calendar, developing content for community communications, managing budgets, establishing partnerships with local organizations, overseeing the amenity center, and supporting community clubs and committees.
About You
Required:
- 3-4 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations, or related experience.
- 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in recreation, communications, journalism, or community development from an accredited college or university.
Preferred:
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively with a resident board and committee members, as well as volunteers.
- Comfortable with public speaking and engagement.
