- Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Minimum two years' experience in creating lifestyle, sales, marketing, or news content.
- Proficiency with office equipment and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to use basic camera gear.
- Flexibility to work any shift.
