- 4 years of relevant experience underwriting LIHTC proprietary fund investments.
- Demonstrated experience in modeling and structuring LIHTC investments.
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience with equity or debt portfolio management software such as MRI, Salesforce, and Yardi.
