About the Role
As a Line Cook, you will collaborate closely with the Food Service Director and other kitchen staff to deliver outstanding dishes that bring joy to our residents. Your responsibilities will include preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
About You
Required:- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques, methods, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to follow directions and collaborate effectively with others.
Preferred:- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Culinary degree or ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.
