About the Role
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods. You will maintain high standards of sanitation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your daily tasks will include food preparation, cooking to order, following recipes, and ensuring the highest quality of service to customers.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma.
- Current Food Handler’s Permit.
- 3-4 years of related food service and cooking experience.
Preferred:
- Training in Servsafe.
- Experience with basic operation of kitchen equipment.
- Intermediate to advanced knife skills.
