Breeze Airways™ is seeking a Line Maintenance Supervisor to join their team in Providence, RI. The role involves supervising line/hangar maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
About the Role
As a Line Maintenance Supervisor, you will supervise Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMTs), assign work functions, coordinate maintenance activities, ensure compliance with safety policies, and maintain documentation accuracy. You will also perform AMT duties and report to the Regional Manager, Line Maintenance.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement.
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) with recent experience on commercial aircraft types.
- 5+ years of aviation maintenance experience maintaining commercial aircraft.
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check.
- Must have a valid driver's license and passport with no travel restrictions.
- Must be flexible and willing to work various shifts and travel 20% of the time.
Preferred:
- Understanding of FAA regulations including FAR part 121 operations.
- Experience maintaining Embraer E-Jet family aircraft.
- 2+ years in a management or leadership role.
- Familiarity with an airline Maintenance Information System (MIS) such as TRAX.
- Degree in Aerospace, Aviation Maintenance, or Business.
