Our Home is seeking a Lineperson for the Second Shift to join their production team in Fitchburg, MA. The role involves monitoring the production line, ensuring smooth operation, and maintaining product quality.
About the Role
As a Lineperson, you will be responsible for various tasks including bringing boxes and pallets to the production area, assembling cases, running boxes through the taping machine, monitoring print quality, placing boxes on pallets, recording pallet times, maintaining a clean working area, and assisting with break schedules. You will also help with cleanup and sanitization at the end of the week and perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality products.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills are required for measuring and weighing ingredients.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
