About the Role
As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting areas such as 401(k), payroll, workers’ compensation, and compliance with FMLA, ADA, and OSHA recordkeeping. You will assist in the administration of benefit programs, conduct training and orientation for new employees, and handle employee relations matters including investigations and exit interviews. Additionally, you will perform market rate reviews and reconcile billing for group benefits.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
Three to five years of related experience and/or training in human resources.
Preferred:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Proficiency in Human Resource Systems and payroll systems.
