Your work will drive literacy outcomes and shape a reading program across multiple campuses.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience delivering small-group reading interventions to early elementary students.
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre-written curricula.
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Willingness to work on-site at one of the campuses: Tampa, FL; Austin, TX; Plano, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Spotswood, NJ or Dorado, Puerto Rico.
