About the Role
As a Litigation & Investigations Paralegal, you will assist attorneys with litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal, support congressional investigations, manage discovery materials, draft correspondence, prepare exhibits, and conduct legal research. You will also maintain case databases and support e-discovery practices.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of paralegal experience in litigation.
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes, e-discovery platforms, and e-filing.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience with social media and open-source research.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Professional demeanor with discretion and flexibility in schedule.
