About the Role
As a Litigation Associate Attorney, you will represent clients in all stages of insurance defense litigation, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, engage in discovery, and manage client relationships. You will also prepare for trials and advise clients on their legal rights and obligations while collaborating with team members to ensure high client satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of cases independently and effectively.
Preferred:
- Proven track record of achieving favorable results for clients in insurance defense litigation.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
