About the Role
As a Senior Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for managing all phases of litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, discovery, trial preparation, and trial. You will represent clients in various legal proceedings, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, engage in settlement negotiations, and mentor junior associates.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of litigation experience with a strong track record of handling complex cases.
- Proven ability to manage all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial litigation, class actions, and multi-district litigation.
- Background in managing large-scale discovery and eDiscovery processes.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
