About the Role
As a Litigation Associate, you will be involved in all stages of litigation cases, from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include conducting client meetings, investigating claims, researching and crafting briefs, planning discovery, interviewing witnesses, conducting depositions, presenting motions, and participating in settlement conferences and mediations. You will also have opportunities for client marketing activities and conferences.
About You
Required:
- Active Georgia license in good standing.
- 3-5 years’ experience in defense litigation, with solid insurance defense experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in professional liability and/or coverage litigation.
- Strong persuasive writing, analytical, and communication skills.
