About the Role
As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling complex litigation matters from inception through resolution. Your tasks will include drafting and responding to pleadings, managing written and electronic discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and leading mediations and trials. You will also mentor junior attorneys and work collaboratively within litigation teams.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of defense-side complex litigation experience.
- Significant experience handling complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
Preferred:
- Prior employment law experience.
- Experience with wage-and-hour litigation and managing Department of Labor investigations.
