About You
Required:
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey with no disciplinary history.
- Family law experience (divorce, custody, support).
- Strong litigation skills and experience working directly with clients.
- Ability to work remotely with secure high-speed internet and a private workspace.
Preferred:
- Assertive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to client service.
- Comfortable using legal tech platforms and open to learning new systems.
Benefits
- $85,000–$105,000+ base salary (negotiable based on experience), plus bonus incentives based on billable hours and collections.
