About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in NJ and PA.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with products liability litigation.
- Proven background in handling a heavy motion practice and discovery.
- Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
- Ability to independently manage a significant caseload.
- In-depth understanding of products liability law and strong courtroom experience.
