About the Role
As a Litigation Coordinator, you will work independently and with other staff to maintain and develop client and attorney relationships, handle client portfolios, execute departmental procedures, and multitask between various platforms. You will also communicate with clients and attorneys, perform skip-tracing functions, and meet productivity requirements.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of litigation experience or equivalent responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
