About the Role
As a Litigation Docket Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Litigation docketing group, participating in recruiting and evaluating staff, developing process improvement strategies, supervising Litigation Docket Specialists, implementing Central Docketing procedures, ensuring training access, analyzing training needs, coordinating with IT on database maintenance, performing data audits, tracking trends, and reporting on key performance indicators.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with major coursework in a related field or commensurate professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of people-management experience in a professional services environment.
- Litigation experience.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Litigation docketing software applications.
Preferred:
- Ability to adapt to change and balance competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading a team and providing coaching, accountability, and continuous feedback.
