About the Role
As a Litigation Docketing Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing emails to determine docketing necessity, making informed decisions on calendar entries, communicating with case teams, performing research on deadlines, and maintaining accurate docket entries. You will work in a collaborative environment with a focus on improving processes and ensuring compliance with docketing policies.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 7 years of current California Litigation experience on case teams.
- Minimum 7 years of current Federal Litigation experience.
- Substantial experience computing deadlines for state, federal and appellate courts.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior litigation paralegal or legal secretary experience.
- Prior work experience in large firms.
