FSA is seeking a Litigation Financial Investigator / Analyst to support the US Attorney's Office in New York, NY. The role involves analyzing financial records to assist in legal proceedings and asset forfeiture.
About the Role
As a Litigation Financial Investigator / Analyst, you will assist the legal team by tracing and analyzing financial records from investigations, preparing exhibits and charts for court proceedings, and developing legal theories for asset forfeiture. You will also perform other duties as assigned to support the mission of the US Attorney's Office.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
- Three years of accounting, finance, or related experience.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills; oral and written.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Proven commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Preferred:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
