About the Role
As a Litigation Legal Practice Assistant, you will be responsible for managing timekeepers' workloads, creating and proofreading documents, maintaining calendars, filing documents with courts, processing communications, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and providing backup reception support. This role requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five or more years of previous law firm experience.
Preferred:
- Experience as a corporate secretary in the legal field.
- Notary certification.
