About the Role
As a Litigation Legal Secretary (ARC Resource Specialist), you will be responsible for creating, editing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents, managing attorney requests, and coordinating firm resources. You will also help implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and maintain confidentiality while balancing multiple work demands in a hybrid work environment.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of legal secretarial and customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to develop positive working relationships.
Preferred:
- Notary Public certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
