About the Role
About You
- 5+ years of litigation legal secretary experience in a law firm.
- Strong working knowledge of ECF and California state e-filing procedures.
- Familiarity with California and federal court rules.
- Experience with legal DMS platforms (NetDocs or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook (Windows environment).
- Ability to support multiple attorneys simultaneously.
- Billing system experience (Intapp or similar) and expense tools (Concur or similar).
- Trial preparation experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with travel coordination and CLE/bar tracking.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
