About the Role
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for conducting pre-claim investigations, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing records and exhibits, and managing documents for trial preparation. You will also perform legal research, analyze medical records, and organize case files while ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate.
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with preparing records, assembling exhibits, and trial preparation.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in insurance defense and transportation litigation.
- Knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and litigation documentation.
- Clear and effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
