About the Role
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for client contact, document review and production, drafting and responding to discovery, indexing, exhibit preparation, investigation, and research. You will assist in organizing large caseloads and trial preparation, ensuring compliance with California and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Evidence.
About You
Required:
- At least 2 years of Paralegal experience.
- Knowledge of litigation support and case management.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- ABA approved Paralegal certificate.
- Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity or comparable litigation support software.
