About the Role
As a Litigation Services Attorney, you will be responsible for reviewing court filings, preparing procedural road maps, advising on court rules and civil procedures, and conducting legal research using various platforms. This position requires occasional travel between the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices and may involve working weekends and evenings to support active litigation matters.
About You
Required:
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Current bar admission in a relevant state.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney or in a Docket/Calendar/Litigation Services environment.
Preferred:
- Advanced knowledge of applicable court rules and procedures.
- Ability to articulate complex court rules and calendaring issues clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to comprehend and convey complex legal principles.
