About the Role
As a Live-In Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for surveying the grounds, performing trash-out duties at vacated apartments, pulling weeds, maintaining cleanliness of common areas, and completing routine and urgent service requests. You will also be tasked with maintaining inventory logs and assisting with additional duties as assigned by management.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one-year experience in maintenance and repairs including painting, carpentry, and plumbing.
Preferred:
- Ability to work independently and use basic tools.
- Experience in property maintenance.
