Clear Fracture is seeking an LLM Engineer (Remote) to help develop next-generation agentic products that revolutionize data integration.
About the Role
As an LLM Engineer, you will focus on creating and refining dynamic control mechanisms for agent and multi-agent systems that plan and implement data pipelines. Responsibilities include developing domain-specific knowledge, prompt engineering, interfacing with third-party data integration platforms, and coordinating with various disciplines to design and create innovative products. You will also stay updated on innovations in multi-modal models and data engineering.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience in a science or engineering field.
- Minimum of 8 years software development experience with Java, Python, and SQL.
- Significant experience implementing retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and using various prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience performing data engineering tasks using platforms like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS Glue, or similar.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and foundation model training and operations.
- Expertise with ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.
Preferred:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Experience with Spark, Elasticsearch, Containers, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity deploying data in commercial clouds like OCI, AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, Plotly, Kibana, and Matplotlib.
