About You
- Master's degree in behavioral health science (Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field).
- Active license in the state of MD in good standing (LGPC / LCPC / LMSW / LCSW-C / LGMFT / LCMFT).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with clients aged 13-30 in detox, residential, PHP, or IOP settings.
- CPR certification or ability to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment.
- Proven ability to manage diverse caseloads while maintaining a high standard of care.

Sandstone Care is an adolescent & young adult treatment program for individuals struggling with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Sandstone Care offers a continuum of care including Detox, Residential Care, Day Treatment, and Intensive Outpatient Programs for adolescents, ages 13-18 and young adults ages, 18-30. We take a systemic approach utilizing evidenced-based practices and integrative care to treat not only the substance use or underlying mental health issues of an individual, but also provide academic and vocational support, required weekly family involvement, weekly community engagement, and nutritional evaluation and support for every individual in the program.
